Our singing community

Voices In Harmony Choirs, founded in 2001 provides our community with an intergenerational and multicultural singing experience with choirs for all ages. Saco’s artistic community promotes heartful and healthy singing through a varied repertoire of music from around the world and in a variety of styles. All levels of experience are welcome to join.

Voices in Harmony Philosophy: We provide the experience of the simple act of group singing. VIH recognizes that singing has been an integral part of our existence and acknowledges that each culture of the world helps to define itself through its songs. We recognize that we need to preserve the music of our world’s cultures and provide a medium for intergenerational singing to exist. We recognize that singing is a powerful experience in itself. Bringing people together and breaking down the barriers will help create a powerful healing. We want to make the world a better place by soulful singing and sharing our ‘voices in harmony’ with our greater community. Each of us makes a difference by contributing to the whole, our Voices in Harmony family. Welcome! Anyone can sing and we hope you'll join us!

🌿 Voices in Harmony: Peace Choir

Sing for peace. Sing with purpose. Sing in community.

The Peace Choir is a welcoming community choir led by Camille Saucier, bringing together singers from all walks of life who believe in the power of music to uplift, unify, and inspire change.

This choir sings powerful and moving music with themes of love, unity, resilience, and hope—from American spirituals to contemporary songs. Our repertoire often reflects global and local messages of peace and justice, connecting us not only to each other but to a broader human story.

In 2025, we experienced a transformational journey through music—including a special collaboration with the Rainbow Choir in Bulgaria, culminating in a shared concert titled "Give Peace in Our Time." This is more than a choir—it's a movement grounded in compassion, joy, and artistic excellence. For those not joining the 2026 tour to Croatia, you will perform in the 'American Concert' only in mid May.

The Peace Choir is a heart-forward ensemble where singers find strength, healing, and community through song. Whether you've sung for decades or are just rediscovering your voice, you are welcome here.

Inner Voices is a dynamic women's choir open to singers from high school age and up. Since 2001, we've welcomed both new and returning members who share a passion for meaningful music and supportive community.

Our repertoire centers around themes of empowerment, peace, justice, self-acceptance, and joy—featuring songs that lift the heart and inspire connection. This fall, we'll sing both familiar favorites and soul-stirring new selections that celebrate the beauty of voice and spirit.

The choir is led by Camille Saucier, a vibrant, intuitive conductor known for her positivity, warmth, and ability to bring out the best in every singer.

Whether you've sung for years or are just rediscovering your voice, Inner Voices offers a welcoming, empowering environment to grow musically and connect deeply.
